Say whether it is a leak, a replacement, or new pipework, and send a photo of the pipe or the fitting.

We confirm what is being fitted, who supplies it, and when the water needs to be off. The quotation is free.

Fit and test
The agreed work is fitted and checked for leaks. We tell you before anything outside the price is touched.
A leak or a refit
A dripping tap and a bathroom being refitted are different jobs. A leak needs the address and where the water is coming from. A refit needs the layout, the fittings, and who is supplying them.
If a leak has already damaged a ceiling or a wall, we can quote the plastering and decorating as well, in order, once the pipe is fixed.
Before you call
If water is leaking, turn it off at the stopcock if you can. A photo of the fitting and the pipe under it is the most useful start.
If the job involves gas or the boiler, tell us on the first call so we can say straight away whether it is something we cover.
