Locked out, or a planned change
A lockout and a planned lock change are different visits. If you are outside and need to get in, call and tell us the address and the door. If you are changing locks because you have moved in, or keys are missing, we can agree a time and what is being fitted.
We will ask you to confirm you have the right to ask for the work. If a lock has to be replaced because it cannot be opened without damage, we say that before we do it.
